Your request

When you send the request form, we collect your name, email, county, case status, whether you would be prepared to proceed at the stated price, and the details you choose to give in the form, including anything you write in the notes. We also record which ad or link brought you to the page, including the click identifier Google adds to its ad links; an anonymous session identifier used to count visits; and whether a visit reached the request form, began filling it in, and sent it, including whether a submission was rejected and why. We work out the approximate city your visit came from using your IP address, and then discard the address: we do not store IP addresses, and the lookup happens on our own server, so your address is never sent to anyone else. This site carries no Google Analytics, no advertising cookies, and no third-party tracker of any kind. Please do not send account numbers, dollar amounts, or your spouse's details through the form.

We use this to reply to you and to understand demand for the service. If we do not end up working together, we delete your request within 90 days of our last contact.

Your case documents

If you go ahead, you upload your financial documents to your own case file. We use them only to prepare your reports and answer your questions about them. They are seen only by us, the independent CPA reviewing your case, and the service providers that store and process them to run the service, including AI providers. We only use providers whose terms do not let them train on or reuse your documents.

We delete your uploaded documents within 1 year after your reports are delivered, or sooner if you ask. Your reports are yours to keep.
